CANCELLED: AURG Working Bee Sunday 9 February

UPDATE: This event is cancelled but there will be more.

The AURG is holding its first working bee for 2014. 

This will be with the Bishops Court Reserve Group and involve some work with chainsaws to clear out woody weeds in the area as well as woody weed control measures such as cutting and pasting with Roundup in preparation for some tree planting at a later date. there will be many branches and cuttings to remove and stack for shredding. 

Details of the working bee are as follows:-

• Time: 8.30 am
• Date: Sunday 9^th February 2014
• Location:  The best meeting place would be the gate on Bona Vista Road, next to the fence of the farmhouse which is the nearest property to the west (along from the corner of Burgess Street and Bona Vista Road).
• What to bring: BYO long sleeved shirt, long pants and sturdy boots.  Please also bring gloves, broad brim hat and sunscreen.

As always a morning tea and lunch will be provided for a gold coin donation.
