Our community meeting is ever evolving and we have decided to change the day, time and the venue plus are creating a bit more structure and focus for the group.
I am cancelling the meeting that had been planned for Thursday the 17th August at Kent House – the new details for the next group are:
- When: 3-5pm Sunday, 20 August
- Where: 33 Rowbottoms Rd Rocky River (approx 25 mins from Armidale and 6 km from Uralla) Please consider car sharing.
- Bring: I have plenty of cushions, bolsters and chairs

In this session we will go through some updates: from Bec and Lauren and their conversation with Piddingtons, and my conversation with an organisation called Amitayus. We’ll explore an idea that has come up around creating a not-for-profit community home hospice service run by volunteers. We have a beautiful video to show around dying at home and time for discussion and a cuppa at the end.
