Last night, over a thousand Queenslanders turned out at the premiere #StopAdani Roadshow in Brisbane to find out how we’re going to ramp up one of the biggest fossil fuel fights on the planet and move Australia beyond coal, for good. It was a deeply inspiring night.
But we can’t #StopAdani without you. If you weren’t able to make it to your local Roadshow or live far away from an event, we still want you to be part of this exciting and growing movement, which is why we’ve organised a livestream of the Melbourne event this Friday via the #StopAdani facebook page:
You’ll hear from inspiring campaigners fighting Adani’s crippling coal projects in India, solar entrepreneurs building the future beyond coal and passionate young indigenous fighters standing up for climate justice and protecting country.
Wherever you are and whatever time you have to give, there’s a place for you in this movement. Stopping Adani is our line in the sand for a safe and just climate future. It’s the fight that is galvanising our movement and building our power to move Australia beyond fossil fuels.
