John Dillon Memorial Lecture – Can carbon prices save the global climate?

We would like to invite you to the 2012 John Dillon Memorial Lecture, co-hosted by the New England Branch of the Australian Agricultural and Resource Economics Society (AARES) and the School of Business, Economics and Public Policy (BEPP).

Presenter: Professor John Quiggin (University of Queensland)

John is one of the most prolific economists in Australia. In addition to producing a large of number of academic journal articles and several books (his most recent being, Zombie Economics: How Dead Ideas Still Walk among Us) he also writes a fortnightly column for The Australian Financial Review and comments on Australian and world events on his blog at: http://johnquiggin.com/.
