Siggi and Gustaf Ragnarson are back in Armidale with their Hard Cheese-Making Workshop on Saturday 2/7/2011 !!
Easy step-by-step entertaining and educational workshop on how to make 5 different sorts of hard Cheeses including:
- BLUE VEIN CHEESE
- HALLOUMI CHEESE
- Parmesan
- Cheddar
- Bocconcini /Mozzarella ( in only 30 minutes!)
When?: Saturday 2 July 2011: 9:30am to 3:00pm
Where?: Armidale Community Church Hall, 68 Markham St, Armidale NSW 2350 (north of Dumaresq St roundabout on left heading north).
What?: Full day interactive workshop with all ingredients supplied, sampling of products, a light lunch supplied as well as a selection of cheeses to take home. We will also teach you how you can use those cheeses for entertaining, in recipes etc.
Cost: $160 per person all inclusive
