EnergyCo holds regular pop-up events and information stalls in the region to chat with the community and answer any questions about the New England REZ. EnergyCo will be at Black Gully Festival, Saturday 9 November, 10am to 4pm, Black Gully Reserve, Armidale NSW 2350 (located behind New England Regional Art Museum (NERAM))
We are seeking applications from local community members, organisations and key stakeholders who want to participate in our community reference groups for the New England REZ. Two groups will be established for the project to represent communities in the REZ, as well as communities between the REZ and Bayswater in the south, near Muswellbrook. The groups will play a vital role in how we develop and deliver the network infrastructure project and the broader REZ. Applications are open until 5pm on Friday 8 November.
