A short film, The First Wave, about the 2023 Blockade of the Newcastle Coal Port will be screened, followed by a discussion. The aim of the protest, organised by Rising Tide, is to end coal exports and help limit climate change.
Come along and find out about the plans for this year’s action at the Newcastle Coal Port on 22 – 24 November. Learn about the logistics of this climate justice protestival and the many ways people can participate. There will be people present who went last year and others who plan to go this year.
