Creeklands working bee behind the Phil Wheaton Oval

Sunday, 8 Apr
8:30 am

Our next working bee will be on Sunday 8 April and we are planning for a small planting session and some maintenance work including weeding at the present site along the Creeklands behind the Phil Wheaton Oval and Bruce is trying to get another site prepared by then.

Also we have a request from TAS to do a planting and service morning on 24th April. Will be 80 students from 9 to 12 noon in two shifts. Please advise if you can assist? Further details will be provided at our 8 April Working Bee and a reminder soon after.

Details for working bee are as follows:

  • Time: 8.30 am
  • Date: Sunday 8th April, 2018
  • Location: Dumaresq Creek south of Phil Wheaton Soccer Oval accessed off Erskine Street or along bicycle way.
  • What to bring: BYO long sleeved shirt, long pants and sturdy boots.  Please also bring gloves, broad brim hat and sunscreen.  AURG will provide equipment.

Morning tea and a BBQ lunch will be provided for a gold coin donation.

We look forward to your continuing support.

Kind regards Bryan Johnston
