Are you living off the grid in the northern tablelands region?

Epic Architecture is inviting local residents to take part in an exciting research study exploring real-life comfort and performance in off-grid homes.

Over the next nine months, we’ll be learning how different off-grid homes perform across the seasons – helping shape the future of sustainable living in our region.

As part of the study, small sensors will quietly record information about indoor temperature and humidity to better understand thermal comfort. We’ll also have a short launch chat to learn about your experience living off grid, and check-in surveys that take just a couple of minutes to complete.

All data collected will remain completely confidential – no names, addresses, or identifiable information will ever be shared.

This research is led by Epic Architecture’s Director, Jena Glover, who is also completing her doctorate in off-grid architectural design. Epic Architecture is proud to champion regional innovation and sustainability, helping position the Northern Tablelands as a national leader in off-grid living and design!

If you’d like to get involved or learn more, please reach out to the team at Epic Architecture – together, we can help position the Northern Tablelands as a leader in off-grid, sustainable design.
