Join us to learn how to turn your fruit scraps into vinegar gold and other delicious fermented products.
In this 30 minute workshop, we’ll unravel the science and practice of vinegar fermentation, taste some funky homemade kinds of vinegar and explore fruit and vegetable fermentation techniques.
