Wow! ALF’s first Farmers’ Market was a great success.We had lots of willing helpers – thanks everyone! and sold nearly everything in the end.
The variety was great, we had seedlings and lots of different herbs, as well as cabbages, lettuces, broccoli, snow peas, broad beans, radishes, eggs, potatoes, spring onions, several varieties of kale and silverbeet (of course).
Best of all it was good fun, and a great opportunity to catch up with friends and exchange recipes. Looking forward to the next market!
