Dig out the coloured pencils and paintbrushes because entries for Wild At Art, Australia’s biggest threatened species art competition for kids, are now OPEN!
Entries are open until Friday 24 October and we can’t wait to see this year’s incredible artworks.
Some quick reminders:
- Wild At Art is open to kids aged 5-12 with winners chosen in each age category.
- All artworks must be of an animal or plant threatened with extinction within Australia. You can find a list of animals and plants on the Species Profile and Threats Database.
- Alongside the artwork, children must also submit a short piece of writing reflecting on the animal they chose and why.
- There are plenty of koala-ty prizes to be won!
