Dorrigo Festival of Ideas 2024

Thursday 11th April 5pm to 8:30pm: Curry & Conversation at the Never Never Mind Cafe Dorrigo. Join us over a sumptuous curry feast for ‘Conversations in Radical Regeneration’ with internationally acclaimed author Andrew Harvey.

Friday 12th April 6:30pm to 10pm: Film Night at The Old Gazette Theatre Dorrigo. Enjoy the film ‘Rachel’s Farm’ – an inspiring story of regenerative agricultural farming followed by a Q&A panel. Light supper and drinks provided prior to the film screening.

Saturday 13th April 9am to 5pm: ‘Local Action Dorrigo Project’ at the Uniting Church Hall Dorrigo. Participate in sustainability conversations as we develop a local action Dorrigo project proposal. Hosted by the Purple Card Project (a Dorrigo based Social Enterprise). Bring a ‘Pot Luck’ lunch.

Saturday 13th April 6pm to 8pm: Community Choir Night at the Never Never Mind Cafe Dorrigo. Sing your heart out at our Community Choir Night with vibrant song leader Suze Pratten. Supper provided (gold coin donation).

Sunday 14th April 1pm to 3pm: Sunday Sustainability Conversations at the Uniting Church Hall Dorrigo. Join in conversations about Sustainability, Spirituality and the Global Crisis hosted by Forest Chaplain Jason Johns and sustainability author Andrew Harvey.
