Northern Tablelands for Yes are getting together

Northern Tablelands for Yes is your local chapter of this growing, nation wide  organisation that is looking for active YES participants to join in the ground swell of people wanting constitutional recognition of our First Nations People through a Voice to Parliament. The suggested actions to promote this outcome include: having  informed conversations, participating in letter box drops, placing signs in and around town as well as your house, participating later in the year in a Conversation Café where people who want to learn about the referendum can drop in for a chat. These are just some of the ideas to date.
Together, Yes is an organisation that promotes Kitchen Table Talks in a structured way by outlining some of the history for our first Nations Peoples struggle for recognition. Its  2 sessions are packed with activities, videos and discussion topics that allows everyone to express themselves and learn from each other. We have started the process on some of these fronts but really need your help so we can run a strong grassroots campaign in Armidale.
If you would like to be part of this campaign, we would love to see you at our first planning meeting next week.
