Armidale Regional Council has its Koala Management update on exhibition . Submissions close 10pm Monday 31 May 2021.
‘The purpose of this Koala Management Strategy is to encourage the conservation, management and rehabilitation of areas of natural vegetation that provide habitat for koalas to support a permanent free-living population over their present range in Armidale local government area (LGA). Combined with other initiatives across the state the intent is to reverse the current trend of koala population decline.’
