Level 4 Water Restrictions for Armidale and Guyra

Armidale Regional Council has announced that Level 4 Water Restrictions have commenced. Unfortunately there has been no significant rainfall and the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts further dry weather for the coming months.

Historically, Armidale has been fortunate with our abundant water supply however this has resulted in complacency, with the typical household using 30% more water than the NSW average. Council is urging all residents to look at ways to minimise water usage in all areas.
