The AURG is holding a Working Bee on Mother’s Day, Sunday 8th May, 2016.
The working bee will involve further planting of Juncus (Rushes) and Cyperaceae (Sedges) to fill out the wet problem areas of our developed area between Taylor and Douglas Streets on the southern side of Dumaresq Creek.
Details of the working bee are as follows:-
- Time: 8.30 am
- Date: Sunday 8th May, 2016
- Location: Along the southern side of Dumaresq Creek between Taylor and Douglas Streets.
- What to bring: BYO long sleeved shirt, long pants and sturdy boots. Please also bring gloves, broad brim hat and sunscreen.
As always a morning tea and lunch will be provided for a gold coin donation.
