Please share your views on climate change with the ABC

On the ABC this week, you may have seen a promotion for the TV show ‘I can change your mind on climate change‘ featuring Nick Minchin and Anna Rose.

The promo site for the program includes a survey on peoples views on climate change. Currently the results are concerning.

Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey and/or forward to your colleagues and friends.

    Interestingly they use the terminology ‘global warming’ instead of ‘climate change’ in the survey mmmm, the rest of the site doesn’t. Would this skew results?

    To not believe that climate change is happening, and that the amount of carbon dioxide that human industry creates is not a factor, is to bury one’s head in the sand and hope that the bad stuff will all go away.

    Naivety and inactivity will not protect us. The threat to us and the rest of the planet will not go away, however short-term denial may provide some comfort and reassurance.

    We can do something and have a responsibility to do so. Else how do we explain it to our children and grandchildren?
