2nd Annual Feast of Slow – May 8th @ New England Expo

Slow Food New EnglandHi everyone,

Tickets are now on sale for the 2nd Annual Feast of Slow. Once again we will Feast on delicious, fresh, lovingly prepared dishes and enjoy a fashion show, as well as charming musical accompaniment. This year we also welcome the support and sponsorship of Hutchinson & Harlow Real Estate.

While the final detail of the menu will depend on what is freshest and best on the day – we will enjoy wonderful Autumn-inspired dishes like Beef Cheek Ravioli, Goat Medallions with Autumn Chutney, Whole Brick-Oven Roasted Autumn Pig, Beef Carpaccio, Calf Liver with Whiskey Prunes & Chilli, a huge array of freshly harvested autumn vegetables and fruits as well as local goats cheeses, sourdough, honeycomb, olives, dukkah, hommus, nougat….. and the list goes on!

All produce is being sourced through those wonderful growers who supply our Armidale Local Farmer’s Market.

We kick off at 11.30 in the main tent at the New England Expo and will feast leisurely until, well, until we finish. A fine selection of local wines will be available at the bar.
Tickets are $80, or $70 for members of Slow Food New England and are available at the office of the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet in Cinders Lane. Numbers are limited and you can reserve your ticket with me phoning me on my mobile {zero four} 13 274 056

I look forward to enjoying your company
