The AURG is undertaking a maintenance day at St Peters Pre-School. This will involve weeding in and around plants and repairing stakes and cartons as required. This area really needs some TLC and we will have to do some mulching as well. Mick and Olivia have already done some prep at this site for us but there is still heaps of work to do on the day. Please all come along as we were light on numbers last month.
Details as follows:-
Time: Start at 8.30am and hopefully it will all be over by 1pm after a relaxing BBQ!
Date: Sunday 10 April 2011
Location: St Peters Pre-School at the end of Odell St.
What to bring: Maintenance and weeding equipment such as forks, trowels etc. We will be spreading mulch so forks, shovels wheelbarrows and buckets will all help.
Of course please bring your own personal protection gear (gloves, hats, sturdy boots, sun screen etc).
A morning tea and lunch will be provided for a gold coin donation. If you can bring your own mug that would be appreciated.
All member of AURG and the general community are really encouraged to come along and help out.
