David Holmgren presented Aussie Street, Town Hall, last Saturday — a fictional account of a typical street in Australia from the 1950s depression to the near future, interestingly another depression of the 2020s.
Through David’s permaculture vision for suburbia we invite you to a follow up forum around these points:
- Motivation to, and knowing how to, reduce environmental footprint
- Relationships with our neighbours
- Feeling part of a community which is trying to become more sustainable.
After the 2019 Sustainable Living Armidale Annual General Meeting we will discuss what can be done locally in our streets.
