The chilliest days are behind us, the sun is shining, and the Cycleway is calling! What better time to dust off the helmet, pump up the tyres and get pedalling?
Sustainable Living Armidale and Transport for New South Wales have again partnered to present a fun social ride suitable for all the family for NSW Bike Week.
Join us at 10:00am, Sunday 17 September, on the Creeklands Cycleway off Elm Evenue (near UNE). We will ride to the eastern end of the Cycleway for a planting beside Dumaresq Creek with the Armidale Urban Rivercare Group.
At the planting, morning tea and a BBQ lunch will be provided by the Armidale Dumaresq Lions Club, for a gold coin donation.
If that distance is too far, join us anywhere along the Cycleway! Please bring all the gear you need to protect yourself and parents must supervise children.
The Armidale Men’s Shed Inc presents the special Mens Health ‘On Your Bike Exhibition’ opening on Sunday 24 September, 11am – 5pm. Tickets $10 and free for under 18s. See advertisement for more details.
