I am excited about the commencement of construction of White Rock Wind Farm, just west of Glen Innes. Lots of trucks will be travelling up from Newcastle to Glen Innes delivering turbine components over the next few months, via the New England Highway. I mean to plant myself along the Armidale bypass and watch/photograph these trucks whenever I can. The schedule of turbine component trucks for the first half of January is available, in case you are interested in seeing it, too.
The website for the windfarm, www.whiterockwindfarm.com.au will regularly feature updated delivery schedules for future months.
