FREE battery storage workshop for business

battery-workshopThe NSW Office of Environment and Heritage in partnership with the University of New England Business School, are trialing a ‘Battery Storage for Business’ course with expert, impartial trainers for business, to be held in Armidale.

Please be aware the workshop runs over two half days

DAY 1: 13 September 8:30am-12:30pm

  • Learn about battery storage technology
  • Potential benefits
  • Risk identification & mitigation
  • Tools and resources, scope your projects

DAY 2: 29 September 8:30am – 12:30pm

  • Review your site with the trainer
  • Workshop your project and define next steps
  • Evaluating market offers & engaging suppliers
  • What happens next

Cost: Free. As the Pilot for Regional NSW, OEH want your input and suggestions (usually $300 pp).

Who should attend: Any business in the Northern Tablelands is encouraged to attend, but attendees should have a basic understanding of their business energy consumption, businesses on commercial tariffs, and those with demand load charges.
