2015 SLA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Sustainable Living Armidale will be held at 7pm on Thursday 2 July 2015, at Kent House, 141 Faulkner St, Armidale.

Agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies and Confirmation of Minutes
   The minutes from the Annual General Meeting held on 3 July 2014 are attached for confirmation. Proxies must be submitted in writing to the Secretary, no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting.
2. Business Arising from Minutes

   To be presented.
4. Treasurer’s Report for year end 30 June 2015
   To be circulated.
5. Election of Office Bearers
   Section 18 of the Constitution requires the election of office bearers to take place at the AGM, and delegates from the sub-groups to be endorsed at the AGM. Nominations for the positions of Convenor; Secretary; and Treasurer will be called for at the meeting. Sub-groups are requested to confirm the name of the delegate to act as a member the Coordinating Committee for endorsement at the AGM.
