Section 18 of the Constitution requires the election of office bearers to take place at the AGM, and delegates from the sub-groups to be endorsed at the AGM. Nominations for the positions of Convenor; Secretary; and Treasurer will be called for at the meeting. Sub-groups are requested to confirm the name of the delegate to act as a member the Coordinating Committee for endorsement at the AGM. - Close of Meeting
