Sunday 28 September is the big Bike Week finish event in Armidale – Pedal to Piney.Bring your friends, bring your family and bring your pedal power for this fun social ride from the Visitor Information Centre at 10:30am to the Pine Forest entry. This is along the cycleway for 5km, then there is a 1km ride along an easy and level off-road track into the Pine Forest picnic area. There is no riding on any roads in this activity for riders of all abilities.
Dedicated cyclists will be accompanying the ride, to assist riders with directions and observing traffic where the cycleway crosses roads.
A car will be available to transport your picnic from the starting point into the Pine Forest. Or just bring it in your own backpack.
