Kevin sees a new workstyle coming to town bringing with it a blurring of personal/work boundaries, increased collaboration, the rise of an individual-based economy and an emphasis on project-orientated employment rather than traditional career trajectories.
These patterns are consistent with the shift to sustainability ~ distributed, network-based, entreprenuerial and project-based.
