Sunday 13 October 10 am to 8pm at New England Regional Art Museum. Southern New England Landcare, Armidale Tree Group and NERAM are joining forces to hold a community birthday celebration including:
- Music from 10am to 8pm, including classical, choirs, Armidale City Band, rock, jazz and world music bands
- Tours of the Education Museum
- Art activities for kids run by local artists on the theme of Art from Natural and Recycled Materials
- Group-build of an ephemeral eco-sculpture
- Displays by Armidale Tree Group, Landcare, SLA, Waste to Art, New England Wind
- Food and drink from NERAM Harvest, local service clubs and Friends of NERAM
- Jumping castle
- Tree planting in Black Gully
- Tours of the Community Garden
- Large scale projection of artworks on wall of building
