In accordance with the Constitution of Sustainable Living Armidale Inc., all financial members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the organisation will be held on Thursday 4th July at 7pm at Kent House, 141 Faulkner Street, Armidale.
Agenda:
1. Adoption of Minutes of previous AGM
2. Report on SLA activities in the preceding year
3. Financial Report
4. Election of Office Bearers: Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer
5. Endorsement of delegates from each Action Group
Everyone is welcome, but only financial members of SLA may vote. Annual membership is available before the meeting, annual subscription $10.
The AGM will be followed immediately by the Thursday Forum: a screening and discussion of the film ‘Do The Math’.
