Transition Bellingen are running yet another in their series of re-skilling workshops, this time on fermentation. This will centre on sauerkraut-like and kefir-like fermentation. It’s a half-day affair on Sunday 26th August from 9.30am to 1pm at Bellingen Showground. The cost is $60 which includes morning tea. The payment pays for the goddies necessary for the morning’s efforts as well as venue hire. Registration and upfront payment is cordially requested.
