- Exploring the ENNEAGRAM – a Self-Discovery Guide. The Enneagram is a dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. We have explored where we might fit and need to look more deeply into issues that effect us and others.
