Hi we are holding a Soft cheese making workshop in Armidale on 16/4/11 at Community Church at 68 Markham St.
Easy step by step – how to make four different kinds of Cheeses. For example: Camembert, Fetta, Cream Cheese, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Greek Yoghurt. This is a hands-on workshop, and you will have delicious cheeses to take home after the workshop. A light lunch will be served and morning tea.
The workshop is from 9.30 to 3.00
