SUMMARY:Sustainable House Tour '25 this weekend
DESCRIPTION:There are 7 houses this year plus a factory tour of Uniplan.  \nTo get on the self-guided tour you need to buy the Sustainable House Tour Booklet in advance. Booklets are $20\, for a car full of people.  \nBooklets will be available from 10th June at Boobooks in the Mall and Double Drop cafe in the East Mall\, for $20 (cash only)  \nAre you looking for ideas to save energy at home\, create beautiful spaces to live in\, adapt or extend your present house or just to meet other locals and see how they’ve incorporated sustainable ideas into their house or renovation? \nSustainable Living Armidale (SLA) is holding its 7th Sustainable House Tour\, an opportunity to look at a range of local houses\, showcasing a variety of sustainable features\, and have conversations with their owners and with each other. \nOpening times are set out in the booklet\, together with details of each house\, mud maps to locate the eight houses\, short articles on aspects of sustainability. \nWe’re so lucky\, yet again\, to have generous people willing to open up their houses so that we can all learn from each other\, and we’re sure people will be delighted with the variety of houses in this year’s Tour. \n
