DESCRIPTION:Exhibition Dates: Sat 12 July – Sat 9 August — We have 82 entries from 33 artists \nThe Opening extravaganza will be on Sat 12 July at 2pm with a few entertaining surprises in store.\n\nJunk Re-imagined music\, some special junk dancers and the Wasted Trashy Fashion Prize\n\nOur fashion judge\, Eve Kennedy\, will select the best dressed wearable art or upcycled fashion at the opening event. Simply turn up in your trashiest best for a chance to win.  It is free to enter and has a $250 prize.\n\nThere is  over $3000 in prize money for our discerning multi-talented judges\, Patsy Asch & Bar Finch\, to select the numerous prize winning pieces from. All will be revealed at the Opening.\n\nThis exhibition is proudly supported by the Armidale Regional Council and ACEN Australia.\n

SUMMARY:Markets in the Mall
DESCRIPTION:SLA usually has an information stall in front of the City Post Office at Armidale Markets in the Mall. They are held on the last Sunday of each month from 8am–1pm with 50 plus different stalls making a regular appearance. Stalls include a huge range of street food\, cafés\, farm produce\, quality handmade and handcrafted items\, cupcakes\, candles\, bath and body products\, skincare and makeup\, handmade clothing\, bags\, shoes\, linen\, pottery\, woodwork\, plants\, art\, homewares\, toys\, plus so much more. \nThe markets are held in Beardy Street Mall\, Armidale and are run by the Armidale PCYC.
