Belinda Butler (pictured) will give a brief history on her book called “Eating upside down”. She will explain what veganism is, what to eat daily, and how to prepare lunches and dinners to make it easy. Belinda will give a demo on how to make vegan cheese and a couple of vegan dips. The printed recipes will be shared and if there is time before the day, she will try to make a few things to bring and taste.
The forum will start at 7pm at Kent House on Thursday 1st November. All are welcome to attend – gold coin donation appreciated.
