March Forum: Clark’s Gully mining development application

IMG_1903_Clarke's Gully_resized2Arthur Bain is a founding member of ‘Save our Macleay River’ (SOMR) group and will join us via Skype to speak about how SOMR started and impacts of Hillgrove antimony/gold mining downstream. Tim Collins is our second speaker to talk about potential impacts of the Clark’s Gully development application on the threatened Eucalyptus magnificata (Northern blue box), and Chris Nadolny will be our third speaker presenting the potential hazards of antimony mining that are not addressed in the development application.

The SLA monthly forums are the first Thursday of each month. Arthur Bain, Tim Collins and Chris Nadolny will present at Clark’s Gully mining development application forum on Thursday 3rd March, 7pm at Kent House, opposite Central Park. Gold coin donation appreciated.
