Ian PlowmanIan Plowman – Workshop facilitator Ian Plowman is a clinical and organisational psychologist, facilitator, educator and social researcher who works with organisations, industries, communities and government agencies. His philosophy is to help others help themselves.

Recent publicly-funded research examined 22 voluntary member-based associations, drawn from rural Australia and overseas, to understand the characteristics that keep a group healthy over time and enable willing and competent leaders to emerge.

The research findings challenge some conventional practices and will generate healthy conversation in your community.

All members of the community are welcome to attend this free event. Tea and coffee available.
