Ian Plowman – Workshop facilitator Ian Plowman is a clinical and organisational psychologist, facilitator, educator and social researcher who works with organisations, industries, communities and government agencies. His philosophy is to help others help themselves.

Recent publicly-funded research examined 22 voluntary member-based associations, drawn from rural Australia and overseas, to understand the characteristics that keep a group healthy over time and enable willing and competent leaders to emerge.

The research findings challenge some conventional practices and will generate healthy conversation in your community.
